Your client proposition. Your implementation plan.
Shape Atlas Wealth around your firm, customers, services and providers. Start with discovery, then agree a costed delivery plan and the evidence required for each release.
A separate Wealth propositionAtlas Wealth has its own scope and quotation. Risk Atlas or Atlas Banking access does not purchase Wealth services. There is no checkout or automatic billing. Preview sign-in does not activate a live regulated service.
DISCOVERY BEFORE COMMITMENT
A quotation built around your firm.
Choose a deployment path to explore its scope. The proposal follows a costed discovery process, with capabilities, capacity and service commitments agreed in writing.
QUOTATION FOLLOWING DISCOVERY
Focused Wealth pilot
Evaluate a bounded wealth-management workflow before committing to a wider programme.
Named use case, sponsor and acceptance criteria
Defined product, service route and jurisdiction scope
Agreed users, providers and synthetic or approved test data
Specified data mappings, agent tasks and human review gates
Defined duration, deliverables and exit decision
Price discovery, configuration, integration, testing and pilot support against an agreed statement of work. Any extension or production release needs a separate scope and quotation.
Price the implementation and ongoing operation together. Agree the boundaries between platform delivery, your firm and each external provider.
Platform and delivery
Define modules, entities, users, environments, portfolio/customer volumes and included maintenance. Separate discovery, implementation and migration from recurring fees. Price custom reports, integrations and agent designs against approved requirements.
External and usage costs
Itemise hosting, identity checks, screening data, messaging, market/pricing data, custody and portfolio connections, insurer/lender services and model/API usage. State what is included, separately charged or contracted directly. Include legal work, independent testing and applicable taxes.
Commercial controls
Agree metering, usage allowances, overage rates, spend alerts, support hours and response targets. Document acceptance, payment milestones, recurring-fee commencement, any minimum term, price reviews, service responsibilities and exit arrangements.
Core safeguards are not optional upgrades. Required identity, financial-crime, privacy, access and audit controls belong in the approved scope. Disabling a product does not remove existing customer obligations or mandatory protections.
IMPLEMENTATION · EVIDENCE BEFORE ACTIVATION
Eight steps to an approved operating service.
Timing depends on procurement, data quality, provider readiness and approvals. Each stage has a named owner and reviewable acceptance evidence.
01
Define the firm and the customer proposition
Sponsor · Business · Legal · Compliance
Confirm entities, licences, jurisdictions, customer segments, products and distribution channels. Set the scope for advised, discretionary and permitted non-advised services, including accounts, savings, investments, insurance, credit and mortgages.
Gate evidenceApproved scope, accountable owners, local applicability register and prioritised customer journeys.
02
Set governance, people and authority
Board / delegated sponsor · HR · Security
Configure the organisation, employee roles, customer boundaries, committees, reserved matters and delegated authority. Define first-line ownership, second-line challenge and independent internal audit, with joiner, mover, leaver and access-review processes.
Gate evidenceRole and access matrix, mandates, approval routes, competence requirements and named control owners.
03
Design onboarding and ongoing due diligence
Relationship teams · KYC operations · MLRO · Tax
Define individual, company and trust onboarding, identity and authority checks, beneficial ownership, screening, source of wealth/funds and tax self-certification. Set risk-based periodic and event-driven reviews, exception handling, accessible alternatives and restricted escalation.
Gate evidenceApproved KYC/KYB journeys, provider acceptance, review triggers, risk calibration and test cases.
04
Approve the product and provider model
Product · Investment · Credit · Compliance
Map manufacturer and distributor responsibilities, target markets, fair value, suitability and relevant non-advised assessments. Complete custodian, insurer, lender and other provider KYB and due diligence, contracts, client-asset arrangements, resilience and exit plans.
Agree authentication, fraud controls, least-privilege access, processing purposes, retention, data locations and recovery. Give each proposed agent a named owner, task, data and tool limits, human approvals, evaluation criteria, monitoring and a stop control.
Gate evidenceSecurity and privacy design, agent mandates, test results, credential controls and release approvals.
07
Prove readiness before production
Delivery · Operations · Independent reviewers
Complete acceptance, security, accessibility, resilience and customer-outcome testing. Exercise advice and non-advised restrictions, suitability, affordability, claims, complaints, provider failures, reconciliations, reporting and recovery. Resolve findings through authorised risk decisions.
Use a staged cutover with monitored reconciliation and a rollback decision. Confirm support, incident and customer communication routes. Review products, providers, ongoing service, fees, controls and agent performance, and approve future changes through the governance framework.
Gate evidenceGo-live decision, service commitments, review calendar, management information and remediation tracker.
Jurisdiction scope. Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, UK, EU, UAE, Cayman Islands and Bahamas. Select actual EU Member States and the applicable UAE mainland, DIFC or ADGM regime; confirm requirements by legal entity, activity, customer and distribution channel.
MANAGE THE PLATFORM THROUGH TIME
