ATLAS CONNECTIONS

THE ATLAS FAMILY / CUSTOMER CHOICE

Your apps.
Your choice.

Run each Atlas application independently, or connect selected workspaces for shared oversight. You decide what is shared, with whom and for how long.

Sign in & configure your apps ↗

Independent

Every workspace starts standalone. Keep separate accounts, permissions and decisions.

Connected

Owners authorise matching links in both apps, selecting legal entities, record categories and expiry dates.

In control

Review the sharing history, refresh approved records on demand and disconnect when needed.

Choose your application

Use your existing app account and complete its verification. Then open Atlas Connections in the workspace menu. Only a workspace owner can configure sharing; signing in does not create a connection.

What can be connected today?

Approved requirements, assurance, services, incidents, agent controls, changes, suppliers and products. Sharing uses signed requests, permissions, expiring authorisations and an audit history. Each app retains its own approvals.

Refresh is manual. This release does not merge customer identities, KYC files, restricted investigations or payment systems, and does not automatically synchronise transactions. Disconnecting stops new exchanges but cannot erase copies already received.

Set up a connection

  1. Sign in to each app and select the intended client workspace.
  2. Open Atlas Connections and enable connected mode.
  3. Create matching outbound and inbound authorisations using approved legal entity and workspace IDs.
  4. Choose permitted categories and an expiry, then refresh the receiving connection.
